In 2013 after attending the three-years program in contemporary photography at Fondazione Studio Marangoni he moved to Paris.
Cosimo's photographs have been displayed in festivals and published by magazines in Italy, France and Europe.
In 2016 he won the Visible White photo prize.
In 2018 Exsilia was selected at the 20th edition of Sept Off festival and was awarded with the Prix «Photographie Contemporaine /// Ville de Vence»
